Factory Manager

  I assess the strengths and weaknesses of employees and assign them to suitable sites. I always accompany inexperienced workers on their first site visit to guide them and ensure their safety. After work, I often go out for drinks with everyone and provide life advice to the younger generation. I also enjoy playing softball and fishing with friends.

Sales Manager

  I am the Sales Manager. I appreciate the ongoing support from our clients. Besides sales, I visit the sites to observe and educate employees. I often engage in casual conversations after returning from the sites to gather feedback and concerns. I always make it a point to greet everyone during my site visits, so I look forward to your continued support.

Administrative Management

  I am responsible for the administration at TSK. While accommodating client requests regarding site work and personnel arrangements, I also ensure that our company can make feasible placements and arrangements. I manage finances related to employee insurance and taxes to help employees focus on their work. I listen to employees’ daily lives and lifestyle concerns, responding flexibly.
