Disclosure of Margin Rate (Article 23, Section 5 of the Worker Dispatch Act)
In accordance with Article 23, Section 5 of the Worker Dispatch Act, the margin rate indicates the proportion of the amount deducted from the worker dispatch fee to the average wage of dispatched workers, calculated using the following formula.
Margin Rate = (Average Dispatch Fee – Average Wage of Dispatched Workers) / Average Wage of Dispatched Workers
