【📋 Job Description】
You will be responsible for guiding and assisting international visitors at the duty-free shop inside Tower Records.
English proficiency required: You’ll use English for customer service and guidance.
Japanese Level N3 or higher: Communication with Japanese staff is also essential.
This is a temp-to-perm position!
For the first 3 months, you’ll work as a temporary staff member. After that, if both you and the employer agree, your contract will switch to direct employment.
Note: In some cases, the contract may end after 3 months.
【💰 Salary】
Hourly Rate: ¥1,400
Weekly Payment Option: Up to ¥5,000 per shift can be requested.
Submit on Monday → Receive payment on Thursday (next business day if it’s a holiday).
Monthly Payment: Pay period ends on the last day of each month. Payments are made on the 5th of the second following month (or the next business day if it falls on a weekend).
【🕒 Working Hours】
Shift System (3–5 days per week):
10:30 AM–7:30 PM (60-minute break / 8 hours worked).
1:30 PM–10:30 PM (60-minute break / 8 hours worked).
【🚉 Transportation】
Transportation costs are fully reimbursed, so even commuting from afar is worry-free!

Tower Records, Shibuya
