About Training

All dispatch staff can learn business etiquette, safety measures, prohibited actions, and more through TSK’s original “Career Support Program.”
Additionally, we provide comprehensive support to help you adapt to the site and work as quickly as possible by offering training in accordance with the dispatch site’s program as needed.

What is the Career Formation Support System?

All dispatch staff will regularly participate in the Career Formation Support System program.
According to the revised Worker Dispatch Law that was enacted on September 30, 2015, one of the new permit application standards is to have a “Career Formation Support System for dispatched staff.”

1. A phased and systematic training implementation plan focused on the career development of dispatched workers has been established.
2. A consultation desk for career consulting has been set up.
3. Procedures for providing dispatch locations with career development in mind are specified.
4. The timing, frequency, and duration of training (employment expected for over a year, approximately 8 hours or more annually).

At TSK, we have created a three-year training program to ensure that everyone can work with peace of mind.
We thoroughly address issues related to safety and health, compliance, sexual harassment, power harassment, and provide training three times a year, lasting 8 hours each, to prevent dispatch staff and companies from getting involved in troubles or accidents.
