TSK is not limited to foreign workers; we are also recruiting Japanese staff.

Application Requirements

Application Qualifications Visa: Permanent residents, long-term residents, family stay, students, spouses of Japanese citizens, etc., specific skills, specific skills (refugees), technical/humanities knowledge/international business
Age: Must be 18 years or older
Duration of Stay: No experience required
Required Documents ・Passport ・Residence card ・Certificate of residence ・Bankbook copy ・Certificate of enrollment / Student ID (for students)
Salary TSK pays foreign workers the same salary as Japanese workers (paid monthly on the 20th of the following month).
※Salary advance system available. ※Salary varies based on experience and years of service.
Welfare TSK will bear the costs for health insurance, nursing care insurance, welfare pension insurance, and labor insurance according to the Labor Standards Act.

Process from Application to Employment

Here’s the process from application to employment.
We also accept inquiries about what jobs are currently available and which jobs might suit you through the inquiry form.

STEP 1: Application

STEP 2: Schedule an Interview

A representative will contact you by phone or messenger. We will agree on a convenient date and time for your interview.

STEP 3: Interview

Interview with the representative from the dispatch destination and site tour may be arranged.

STEP 4: Notification of Results

We will notify you of the results within a few days to one week after the interview.
If successful, we will explain the process until employment begins and provide information about career training.

Even if unsuccessful, we will introduce other job opportunities.
There may be new job openings or workplaces that are easier to work at that we can suggest.

Process After Assignment

Your representative (leader) will explain the dispatch destination.

After assignment, your representative (leader) will explain the dispatch site. We will provide information about the tasks and rules at the dispatch site, and you will begin work.
If there are any troubles or inquiries, please contact your TSK representative (leader) immediately.
